I have known  Dr. D’Antonio since 1987 when we worked together at Providence Speech and Hearing Center in Orange, CA where she was our expert in pediatric speech disorders in children with cleft lip and palate.  We began our professional collaboration there on many clinical and research areas having to do with children’s speech and language disorders and parent training in early communication skills.  We have continued our clinical and research collaboration over several decades both in the US and abroad.  Dr. D’Antonio brings considerable experience in assessment and treatment of children’s communication problems to her clinical practice.  She is a strong child and parent advocate. In my experience it is difficult to find a clinician with the knowledge and expertise that Dr D’Antonio possesses.
